Muscle does not work as a whole. It is composed of different fibers in their functionality . Allocated two main types of muscle fibers - fast twitch and slow twitch . Muscle fibers of the two grounds - the resistance to fatigue and speed reduction.

- Slow , hardy muscle fibers having the type of oxidative metabolism;

When you train your muscles in different weights - you get to work fibers of different diameters , which has a different value by increasing the diameter of the rest of your muscles , which includes working muscle fibers .
