Use different abdominal exercises each workout. This will help to breathe correctly and improve concentration on the muscle group you are working. When you train your abdominal muscles, do not forget to strengthen the muscles of the lower back and buttocks. In any muscle there are fast and slow muscle fibers. Fast fibers are responsible for explosive power and have significant potential to increase (hypertrophy). Thus, in the exercises for the muscles of the abdomen several repetitions should be done quickly and sharply (but carefully and with the right feeling in the muscles). Vacuum on a heated abs-after any exercise on the abdominal muscles
You can to start with a simple:
1 - learn and practice daily breath hold for 8 seconds on first full breath and then exhale
2 - Learn to breathe slowly into the account up to 8 seconds and exhale slowly to the account up to 8 seconds
3 - do any abdominal exercises lying on your back to the feeling of fatigue and muscle heat
4 - standing up in "Fisherman" - leg extensions on the shoulders knees slightly bent palm to palm his knees after a few frequent breaths - you exhale draw in the stomach and hold your breath for 8 seconds
